Another one for my collection that is as good as all the rest.
I currently have 11 Rokz necklaces and another on the way, as well as 3 pairs of earrings.
I am literally obsessed! I get compliments when wearing any of them and get asked where they're from. I always make sure to tell people and show the Instagram page whenever possible.
I love doing the unboxing videos for my TikTok & insta and Ryo always takes the time to share any stories tagged to the LoveRokz stories.
Whenever I've interacted with Ryo via the LoveRokz insta she is always polite and very sweet.
One day I hope to meet her in person and tell her how much I love her creativity 💜

So I finally ordered my first LoveRokz after having so many online friends who just rave about these! One of my friends has over 100. I invested a lot of time trying to figure out how exactly to buy, and how to navigate the release (which sold out in minutes the first time I tried) and learned about the different color options vs chain color. It was quite the process to actually figure out how to buy! But I finally got my first one and I have to say I’m disappointed.

Firstly, it’s HUGE. I got the baby Maleficent pendulum and you just cannot believe how large it is. I even measured beforehand but it did not prepare me for how big they really are. Secondly, the materials feel quite cheap. The chain is plastic and the actual crystal is nowhere near as colorful and deep as I thought it would be. The pictures are spectacular but in reality the green sheen on the Maleficent crystal is just a thin coating on one facet on the crystal. I thought the color change would be from within the crystal. Even made of plastic, it’s quite heavy just because of the sheer size so I don’t find it very comfortable to wear.

Lastly, the clasp is INCREDIBLY hard to use. I’m a professional jeweler; I have strong hands and know how to work a clasp. I’ve never seen a clasp like this; it requires both my hands to open and takes great strength. I’m worried it’s going to snap on my fingers and hurt me. It’s basically impossible to open. I’m surprised no one else has mentioned this? Like if you can’t get it on and off, that seems like a big problem. UPDATE: I reached out to the seller and she was kind enough to send me a replacement clasp. But unfortunately I'm having the same problem... I literally can't open it. Neither can my partner. I don't know why more reviews don't mention this.

Anyways, I’m sorry to leave a negative review… I wanted it to be cool because so many people seem to like them. The artist seems really kind and as an artist myself, I hate leaving a bad review and don’t want to damage a small business so hence the three stars instead of fewer. Her customer service was excellent, which is why this is 3 stars instead of 1. I wish her well. But honestly I do not like the necklace and thought others might like to know before doing all the work to purchase at a fairly high price.

Absolutely fantastic jewelry as always! I proudly wear my newest addition and get so many compliments❤️ The glow is quite strong! They really give a finishing touch to any outfit!
