Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can expect a refund on your items within 2-3 days of its return. It is the customers responsibility to provide the shipping for their return items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Due to the nature of the drops we can not offer a blanket policy on exchanges as we do not want individuals buying one item to swap for another they might not have been able to buy. We will consider each exchange request on its individual merit and reserve the right to decline requests.

Klarna

If you have used Klarna or any similar buy now pay later service please get in touch before asking for a refund. These services will initiate a chargeback request which damages our standing with Shopify and is not needed as we will happily issue the refund request from our side. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
