Instagram vs. reality

My personal opinion about the love rokz chain with the baby pendulum:

The pendulum looks nice, not equal to the product pictures on instagram, but the quality of the whole chain is really bad!
The material of the chain is absolutely cheap and the closure is horrible!
It feels and looks like coated plastic what makes the chain look absolutely cheap.
The price-performance ratio is not right at all in this case and is not worth the money.
I was very excited to finally be able to order one and was unfortunately very disappointed.

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 7 day no questions asked returns policy for a full refund as we appreciate that our Rokz might not be for everyone.
We do state on our site that because each Rokz is hand made they will differ slightly from the photo on the site.
In regards to the chain we have always stated that the chain is a aluminium alloy, this chain is lightweight which many of our customers prefer wearing overing something that is heavier. We strive to be as transparent as possible with our customer base and have never claimed that our chain is any other metal or weight that what it it.
